Not great. I found a vehicle I wanted. My salesman was Gene. He was very polite and helpful. I decided to make a deal. I was sent to Chris Haeg, the finance mana I found a vehicle I wanted. My salesman was Gene. He was very polite and helpful. I decided to make a deal. I was sent to Chris Haeg, the finance manager. He was arrogant the whole time. He called me a liar when I told him my preapproved financing with my bank. He said he would never drive my (2014, great condition) vehicle. He said I would feel big in the vehicle I was wanting to buy. I decided this was enough and left. On my way out, he said he should have thrown my keys on the top of the car! I called the manager on Monday, and talked to him on Tuesday because he was off Monday. He apologized and gave me a great deal on the vehicle I wanted, so I bought it. If you can avoid Chris Haeg, maybe you would have a better time buying there. More

All you get is a " I DONT KNOW " .......Answer I normally dont write any Reviews but Very disappointed with the service here and their knowledge about the car. Cant make an appointment right ...Went in person and the tech Books me in for a 7am appointment and when i go in there ...they say no appointment booked at all for the service and the person who booked is on a day off ( although he recommended this particular day saying its less busy and bring your car then). Did not see a person who was willing to listen or pay attention when I try to explain the problem. I should quote about one Tech Logan who was very friendly and customer oriented. This place must be good on sales but service sucks big time.. More

Run Flat Repair Dealer would not repair Run-Flat tire even though Michelin states it can be repaired. Took tire to another certified vendor who repaired and balanced Dealer would not repair Run-Flat tire even though Michelin states it can be repaired. Took tire to another certified vendor who repaired and balanced the tire. The tire weights fell off so took it to the Chevrolet dealership to have it re-balanced but was then advised they could not balance because the wheel was bent. I took the wheel to another facility to check rim with run out dial gauge to find that rim was not bent. It appears that the dealership just didn't want to work on this trouble. Due to this experience I will probably not use this service center again and will advise other to avoid it also. More

This is the first time I have purchased/leased a vehicle from Suburban Chev and I will be returning in the future. They used a no-pressure approach in negotiating my trade and subsequent vehicle lease. They did not try to push me toward a specific model or year to (possibly) meet sales goals. Both Gene and Kirk were genuinely friendly without being "syrupy". Their followup to my initial visit offered assistance and contact information. Texting was a very effective tool as a supplement to email. Thank you for a great experience. More
