Just in for an oil change and tire rotation The service advisor was the most helpful person we have ever had with the exception of the other fast lane female service advisor. It was not my exper The service advisor was the most helpful person we have ever had with the exception of the other fast lane female service advisor. It was not my experience this time but I have had rude and dismissive service. Since we bought our vehicle new it had two complimentary oil change/ tire rotations. This was our second. While thankful for exceptional service this time, given past experience with having service suggested and performed on my previous Suburban that wasn't due until 100,000 miles that cost a lot of money and the vehicle had about 20k on it, we won't be back. More

He told us he was new, but did a Fantastic job! You can buy a vehicle anywhere, but Patrick went above and beyond to help us. It's very stressful being new, but we were very pleased with him and love our new vehicle. More
