Pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle. I am 64 yrs old and this has been the most pleasant experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. When I arrived to purchase the truck it was washed, cleaned, and had a full tank of gas. The paperwork had been done and all the dealership needed was my signature on different pages. The price turned out being $200.00 less than what I was quoted. How many times does that happen? Everyone was very nice and polite. used automobile purchase I purchase a used vehicle that I spotted online. Because I live in a state not close to Suburban Chevrolet, I had to call and speak to a sales person I purchase a used vehicle that I spotted online. The vehicle was located over 1,300 miles from where I live so I was not able to see the vehicle in person. I spoke to Jack. He gave me all the information I needed and assured me the vehicle was in "like new" condition. I took his word and purchased the vehicle sight unseen. The dealer sent all the paperwork quickly and arranged to have the vehicle shipped to me. It was an extremely easy and smooth transaction. Missed the boat Took our suburban to Suburban chevy yesterday for a whirring in "auto". They said they drove it. Fixed a couple things, an experienced tech couldn't hear the whirring. They said it was all done after having it for a full day. Picked it up. The whirring was louder than ever. Returned today took tech and service agent on a drive- loud whirring! They said it is a warranty fix no problem. Why didn't they fix it yesterday!!!!!!! That's lazy and unethical. We will never go back. And, we just BOUGHT a car from Ben cutts (who did an awesome job). Sad. More
