The only thing it's bad it's when i tried to trade in my car it'really sad and desapoinment knoing that they almost insult me when they offer me 100dollars for my car which accordind with bluebook the value was 1500-2200 dollars that it'sreally bad. My worst car buying experience I purchased an SUV from Suburban Chevrolet. The salesman didn't have any knowledge on the vehicle. Couldn't answer simple questions about the options I purchased an SUV from Suburban Chevrolet. The salesman didn't have any knowledge on the vehicle. Couldn't answer simple questions about the options, didn't know it had keyless entry or where to find the code. Said it didn't have grade assist for towing, which it did, etc., etc. When I asked about some cosmetic issues with the front end, he attributed it to maybe someone putting items on the vehicle. Only after I asked for a copy of the vehicle's history report did he admit it had been in a front end accident. On the test drive, I discovered the AC didn't work and was told "I don't know how are service guys missed that?" Driving home, I flipped the visor down and it came off the hinge. After getting it home, I checked the oil - it was dirty. I checked the air filter, it was dirty, compartment was filled with leaves and debris. After the car was cleaned, found a chip in the windshield. I found someone's TV remote control in one of the vehicle's pockets. In choosing to go here, versus a private seller, the salesperson had talked up the fact that with their cars, they all go through a lengthy inspection and have any issues taken care of. It was blatantly obvious that's not the case, or at least it was not with this vehicle. When I asked for details on their service inspection, the salesman had no idea where to find it and said he'd send it to me the next day. He didn't. After patiently waiting for 5 days, I had to reach out to someone else to get it. I also received a generic email saying if you had any issues contact the GM. I did and he gave me 2 minutes on the phone before he had to "go to an appointment." That certainly could have been the case, but then when I tried to later send him info on some of the issues, they wouldn't let me contact him via email, just took my info and passed it off to someone else. The vehicle also only had 1 key and they made me pay $100 for a second. More

He is very experienced in sales and leasing and it shows. Working on the financing with Mark Thompson was equally pleasant. Mark thoroughly explained all the minutia of the financing this lease. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the entire process. More

My only concern, and I can't verify it, is that a couple of days after having service we found a large scratch on the passenger side of the car near the bumper. I hope they would have acknowledged it if it happened there but since I have no proof I guess I am stuck. I don't usually look at that side but my husband noticed it a couple of days after my appointment and I can't recall being parked near a red car lately. I have been dealing with putting my mother in a nursing home and looking for scratches hasn't been high on my priority list. More
