Both cars were extremely clean inside and outside compared to other area dealers, even other Chevrolet dealers, and it seems they take pride in what goes on the pre-owned lot. Nick was extremely responsive, knowledgable, and accomodating, and was more than happy to put the car on the charger after my initial late evening test-drive to make sure the battery charged up and I could drive it on full electric the next morning. I feel like I got a reasonable price without much hassle and the finance department was the best ive worked with so far. They will be on the short list for my next purchase for sure! More

I asked the scheduler if my service would be covered by warranty. He stated yes. When I arrived at the dealership, I discovered that I had used the free service calls. The service assistant was willing to give me the service for free. I did not want to cause a problem so I told him I was willing to pay as I had used up my free service calls. He insisted that he take care of it for me. It was extremely generous of him to cover the cost for me when he did not have to do so. More

People who don't really like their job and who have been in it too long tend to become disassociated with their customers. Tim was not 100% communicative in our initial conversation to set up the appointment. He gave vague answers to direct questions and seemed to robotically go through the process. Once at the dealership he spoke to me while either facing away from me or in once case walking away from me as he went to retrieve printouts from the printer. With the noise from the service area and the drone of all the fans running I could not hear him. When I informed him I did not hear him he was clearly agitated that he had to repeat and explain himself again. I think this is Tim's way of talking down to customers. Really showing them who's in charge. My primary "beef" other than Tim's abysmal attitude is that he did not inform me that a $138 inspection fee would be charged to me if the item I was in to have diagnosed was not under warranty. I questioned why he didn't inform me of this during our initial conversation and his response was "you didn't think this would be free did you?" Well, to be honest I did. I guess I'm a fool and Tim sure treated me like one along with wasting everyone's time. In the end I gave him as much respect as he showed me although I expressed it in a much more specific tone using vocabulary fitting an employee with Tim's attitude, communications skills and utter contempt for his job and the customer More

Through the research Tim completed it was determined that the transmission had failed and with the age and mileage of the car it wasn't worth the expense of fixing. During the period while the diagnostics where being completed Tim was in communication with us and kept us informed of the status of the vehicle. Once it was determined that the car didn't make sense to repair, Tim quickly hocked us up with one of their sales persons (Harley) who has been working with us to find a replacement vehicle. More
