Impossible to schedule appointments I had an appointment scheduled which I had to cancel two days before and I tried rescheduling when I called to cancel but the person I spoke with said I had an appointment scheduled which I had to cancel two days before and I tried rescheduling when I called to cancel but the person I spoke with said they weren't authorized to schedule appointments and they'd have someone call me back in an hour. That didn't happen, so the next day I called again to set up my appointment and I think I got forwarded to a call center to appointment scheduling which they informed me that at that time they couldn't schedule an appointment for me but they would have someone call me back. Again, nobody called me back. Finally on my third attempt I was able to schedule an appointment (I'm not exactly sure who I was talking to (call center or dealer employee) because I'd been transferred once). Fortunately I was able to get an appointment time only a couple days out so the necessary service could be completed on my vehicle. More

Driver's seat back repair in '14 Chevy Siverado There was a premature wear spot in the driver's seat back fabric that required the seat back fabric to be replaced and repair/replacement of some othe There was a premature wear spot in the driver's seat back fabric that required the seat back fabric to be replaced and repair/replacement of some other seat back parts. The work required an extra day as it was determined that additional parts were needed. I was supplied with a loaner vehicle so it was no problem for me. Told him what I wanted, and he picked out a beauty. We worked the figures to my liking, got a great trade on my older model chev 2013 Silverado. Now I am sporting a brand new 2017 Chev Silverado black, and its the best truck yet that I have ever owned. I would strongly recommend this dealership to all my friends. Everyone was nice and personable, and they went the extra mile to make my truck buying a very good experience. I will come back to this dealership when its time to buy a new truck! More
