Jack was quick to act on what my criteria was and could not have been more pleasant to work with. It was a great experience truly. I have bought several other vehicles thru this dealership (as have my daughters and other friends) and all have had a great experience each time! This time I was there for a new car due to someone running a red light and totaling the great Malibu I had just bought one year ago. It was frustrating for me to have that happen and car shopping was not on my list for the week.
