Horribly shocking experience All was going fine until Chris Haeg came into the room. We were helping our son look for a car and when my husband asked him to repeat something beca All was going fine until Chris Haeg came into the room. We were helping our son look for a car and when my husband asked him to repeat something because he didn't hear him, his rude response was "are you buying the car? I'm not talking to you". We were stunned. We were only a few hundred dollars from the asking price and we were ready to buy the car. We asked if he was joking and he became even more belligerent. we have never encountered this type of behavior. Wow. Our only option was to stand up and leave. How is he employed? More

New Car I came in looking to buy a 2014 Chevy Volt but ended up getting a 2016 Chevy Cruze. I really liked the salesperson. She was friendly and seemed to ca I came in looking to buy a 2014 Chevy Volt but ended up getting a 2016 Chevy Cruze. I really liked the salesperson. She was friendly and seemed to care. However, I did not even get to test drive the volt. I was required to have credit pulled first which was annoying. They claimed that I would need to put a very high down payment in order to make the volt work and didn't want to waste my time since I stated I am not putting a down payment. Therefore the only car they were willing to make work for me is a 2016 chevy Cruze. If I would have known this, I would've gone to the bank first and gotten a loan and paid the dealership in cash instead of wasting my time telling me I can't afford a $16K car. Didn't even get to see any other car. Super annoying. I know it isn't the salesperson fault, but it is the dealership management's fault. More
