Vehicle was returned with scratches Dropped my truck off at 7:30am on a Wednesday for an oil change and radio fix under warranty. Received a phone call Wednesday afternoon that they needed to keep it over night as it was torn apart and the parts wouldn't be in until Thursday. Got a loaner - no big deal. Truck still wasn't done Thursday - they needed to keep it yet another night. Told them I needed it by noon on Friday as we had weekend plans and wouldn't be around. Didn't get it done. Kept loaner all weekend. Picked my truck up Monday around noon and everything seemed fine. When I got home I found several scratches in a circle shape on the passenger door as well as my dash board not connected. Called Tuesday morning for Service Manager Mark and still have yet to hear back. This place is a joke! Terrible service. You know it's bad when you can't count on a dealership for work on their own vehicles. I absolutely hate this place. The only positive is Billy in service is super nice and was very apologetic for keeping my truck so long. He's great but the scratches and detached dash board is a bunch of Bull S***. More
