I've only had one or two good experiences with car purchases and they were with the higher end cars we've bought at BMW. I was on my way to buy a Mercedes GLS and a friend recommended I check out the Tahoe Premium. So I dropped in Saturday morning, test drive the Premium and was quickly convinced to buy it. Jack my Sales guys, management and Steve in Finance were all very kind and knowledable. They negotiated a good deal on two trade ins with me. Respected my time and got me in and out within an Hot and a half total. I also asked to swap out rims with a different type on one of their other vehicles. They set up a service appointment for me. I came in an hour early and they didn't blink. Finished the work in 20 minutes. Very surprised and pleased with the product and service. More
