I am not much of a computer person, but a friend helped me find a similar car online--@ Suburban Chevy. The Sales Mgr Chris & my salesman Nick were both so helpful & accomodating, that it made the sale & arrangements over the phone & internet better than I anticipated. I bought another Trailblazer from them & it arrived in Grand Rapids last Thursday. I had never bought a car sight-unseen before but was pleased with the vehicle & especially with their help & guidance thru the whole process. Again, thanks to both Chris & Nick. Rex North More

Always great service experiences. I got my vehicle in for service right away at my appointment time. Michelle, the service writer, was professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and gave me an idea of what my service work would cost. I requested an additional service to be performed and expected the service time to be much longer as there were three separate service areas. I was pleased when I received the phone call stating that my vehicle's service was complete. The shuttle driver picked me up from my home within minutes and returned me to the dealership where I found that someone had washed by truck by hand. (My Chevrolet Colorado can't go through the car wash because of the ladder rack on the topper.) ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AGAIN! Was supposed to take an hour. After 2 1/4 hours I asked for a courtesy car. They said but your car is done. They said let me find the paperwork. Found the paperwork at another unattended desk however didn't know where my car was so he ran out the other garage door trying to find my car. Ten minutes... YES TEN MINUTES later they pulled my car around. The service rep was the same guy that last year told me my other vehice needed $1000+ repair and we needed to go out of town and he said it should be fine but get it repaired when we get back. We took it to the mechanic to the town we went to and there was NOTHING..... yes NOTHING wrong with it and we never made that specific repair and lo and behold the things he said would happen NEVER HAVE HAPPENED. Why did I go back? Was in bind needed tranny fluid flush done before we went out of town for an emergency and there was no other place to take it. My heart sank when that same Service Advisor came to check me in.... Next time I will drive 50 miles if I ever find myself in this situation again. We are saving to buy a 2018 Chevy Suburban or Tahoe late this year and trade in our 2009 Suburban and now we have eliminated them forever after having been customers of there's since we moved to Eden Prairie in 1998. I am female.... If you are female YOU MUST AVOID THIS DEALER!!!! More
'17 Silverado engine light/ traction control light Driving down the freeway the other day I had my engine light and traction control light come on and stay on. Shortly after the truck began to downshif Driving down the freeway the other day I had my engine light and traction control light come on and stay on. Shortly after the truck began to downshift hard and shake badly. I called suburban Chevrolet to get some input/ make an appointment. The service desk tried to get me in that night but couldn't and was able to get me in the next morning. The fact that the truck had less than 3000 miles and was brand new made it very frustrating but the service desk was very helpful. When I dropped the truck off the following morning the service center, again, was very helpful and got me in to another truck and on my way while they looked in to it. The only frustrating encounter I had was with the replacement vehicle. I got in and it had no gas..the empty light was on, forcing me to go fill up a rental on my own dollar. When I asked the service desk about it on the way back he just said sorry about that and left it at that. Although my overall experience was good and they fixed my truck quickly and without question, the replacement/rental was dirty and had no gas in it.. I would probably return to suburban Chevrolet but I've had much better experiences at other dealerships in the Twin Cities. More

Because, candidly, most of the service advisors don't care or know what customer service is and they come across as if they are being bothered when seeking service.
