Agreed on a price and put the vehicle on hold (Saturday) to think it over and came back 2 days later (Labor Day Monday) to finalize the deal. The finance person was excellent and explained options and details. Jason, my sales person then showed me the basics and enough information to not overload me. Since my last vehicle was a 2001 Silverado I knew I had a big learning curve with all the new technology. It was Labor Day and it was busy. He wisely expressed to me to come back anytime with more questions after I had time to familiarize myself with the Equinox. More
