They did what I asked, did not push extra repairs I went there to learn if a "shimmy" when I braked was an alarming situation. I was advised that this was due to uneven wearing of "aftermarket" brake I went there to learn if a "shimmy" when I braked was an alarming situation. I was advised that this was due to uneven wearing of "aftermarket" brake pads. They did not urge replacement (so I was relieved they did not push unnecessary repairs). They proceeded with routine oil change, tire rotation, etc., and even brought dirty filters to the waiting room to prove they needed replacement. Finally, they took care of a recall issue (at no charge to me and with very little "lead time" to get the parts. I was out of there in about two hours with a reasonable bill plus they gave me a bonus free car wash! I always feel safer when they have looked everything over. More
