Jack Yanisch offered to help when I became interested in my new Impala. He eagerly and politely showed me features and offered a test drive. He came in on his day off to begin our purchase paperwork and pursued all possible incentives. Jack was good to keep us up to date on the status of our purchase. Mark Thompson, financing professional, is very experienced and personable. The finance terms and process went very smoothly and painlessly. Thank you Suburban Chevrolet! Our 4500 express van was there close to two months. I authorized about $2400.00 parts and labor to fix it. I was charged $3100.00. They lack communication skills we had to call several times they called back once or twice. First they needed more diagnostic time. Then they were waiting on a harness, then they were waiting on connectors. Then it had a new check engine light. Finally yesterday they called and said it was done. We picked it up drove it 5 miles shut it off and low and behold thirty minutes later it wouldn't start it has the exact same problem I brought it to the dealer for 7 weeks ago. Nothing is fixed but im expected to pay $3100.00? That seems kosher right? More

Service was good as always. I received a text to pay online so I did to expedite the process. I arrived after 5pm to get the car and service was closed. Went to the cashier who did not show my payment. online so I did to expedite the process. I arrived after 5pm to get the car and service was closed. Went to the cashier who did not show my payment. Only the service Dept has access. To leave with my car, I had to pay again another $650. You need to have the cashier be able to see the payments online when you go to her for your keys. The cashier was very nice and apologetic. Good service from her. More
