If that were the case why why did the service writer not cleanse the driving area, why was there not touch free sign in and out. The local drive home could have customer in back seat and masks and cleaning. The car wash could be by a coupon given to the customer. Or just say up front you dropped that.benefit. But is the extras that generate returns vs another GM dealer. More
