Very nice, but even with having an appt I still had to wait over 2hrs for mud flaps to get installed. Then the mechanic forgot to put parts back on my brand new truck so I had to go back for a second visi wait over 2hrs for mud flaps to get installed. I am pretty disappointed in the entire situation! More

Made a appointment for a recall!Made that appointment 1 week in advance!The day of the appointment i waited 1.15 hour and got the information that they didn't realize that there didn't have the part after week in advance!The day of the appointment i waited 1.15 hour and got the information that they didn't realize that there didn't have the part after taking the car apart! My wife and I were shopping for a 2019 blazer when we stopped by suburban chevrolet. We met Jack and I am so glad I did. Out of all the sales people we talked to during our search jack was the best hands stopped by suburban chevrolet. We met Jack and I am so glad I did.
