Picked up my new vehicle, drove it off lot and onto highway, and exact issue still existed. Called back and was welcomed with rude response, and said I could schedule appt to bring truck back in. Was leaving out of state for holidays the next day, so rental wasn’t an option either as I was informed by dealership that rentals weren’t allowed to be taken out of state. This place has never been a pleasure to do business with. It’s almost like dealing with customers is a hassle. I wish I had a closer option. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’ll drive to White Bear Lake, for any service or to buy a new vehicle before I deal with this place again. More

Horrible Service Called Tuesday morning and schedule a service appointment for 8am Wednesday morning. Dropped off vehicle and received a called Wednesday morning with Called Tuesday morning and schedule a service appointment for 8am Wednesday morning. Dropped off vehicle and received a called Wednesday morning with my quote. Was told they’d have it ready same day (Wed.). I gave them the OK to proceed. Fast forward to Wednesday at 4:30pm and I still haven’t received a call. I call over there and get told “Oh sorry sir we had to order a part and it will be ready in the morning.” OK - A phone call telling me that would have been nice. Fast forward to Thursday morning at 11:30am. Still no call. I call and get told “yeah that part should be here any minute and will be ready this afternoon.” 5pm Thursday rolls around and still no call. I call over “Yeah part won’t be in until tomorrow morning, ready first thing Friday morning.” I didn’t receive a phone call once during this time period. I had to call every single time. Didn’t receive my vehicle until 4:30pm Friday night. I get that sometimes parts are in transit, but give me a call and let me know. I wasted $150 on Uber rides to and from work because they simply couldn’t call me and give me a timeline. When I told the service department my displeasure I was told “Yeah well Melissa went home sick so that’s why you didn’t get a call.” OK - This happened over a 3 day period? She wasn’t sick all three days? And even if she was, that means I’m screwed and can’t get a phone call when I’m without my vehicle? Bad service top to bottom and I won’t be going back to that dealership ever again. These things probably don’t get read or passed up to totem pole but honestly - Piss poor service at this dealer. More

Oil change tire rotation and two recalls performed Excellent service yesterday at Suburban Chevrolet. I was able to use a coupon that made it cheaper for the services. Not so good of service My new truck of less than one year had a starting problem. So took it in under warranty. It took about a week to find a time slot that worked. I dropped the vehicle to be investigated and had the shuttle drop me at work. It was supposed to be a 1/2 day event. Unfortunately there was no communication back so I had to call after most of the day went by only to find out that it is a bad starter and there aren’t any available at this time. So it was put on order and I could just live with the starting problem until it came in. I was to get a call when it came in. And that was supposed to be 2 weeks. So after 3 I called to find out the part came in a while back. So scheduled an appointment a few days out. So again dropped and was told it would be about 2 hours. After 4 I called to find out the new starter was bad and they had to get another one in from another dealer. Expected in an hour and then 1 hour to put in. So about an hour later I get a call from the driver that they are ready to pick me up and waiting outside. Great thinking we are ready to go. Well not the case. I got there and it wasn’t done yet. Had to wait for another 2 hours+ And to top it all off someone there walked off with my nice stainless yeti. I would not recommend given my experience. More
