He went far and beyond to help me with with my search for a new vehicle and with finding out new information about my old vehicle- which would help me with my insurance after being involved in a accident. James was honest with his advice for me about what I really needed and where not to buy certain items. He worked with my family and I for a long time and never showed any signs of distress from the millions of questions and comments we had.
