I asked him if he wanted me to inform him of what was wrong with the car he gave me a very dirty look and said he would be right with me because he was reading about it. Had he initially said if you give me a moment I need to read what we have on your car, I don’t think it would’ve been so insulting. I found it to be very rude. I was a bartender and did customer service for years. Inform your customers what’ll is happening and don’t be so rude if they ask a question ! More

So either Harley got greedy or Ram offers tremendous value. I believe Harley got greedy. Maybe I could have gotten better deal from Harley without employee pricing? If so, he should have said so instead of assuming I will buy no matter what he sells. Hopefully this is a learning experience. Arrogance won’t help sell your trucks. I won’t be back. Good luck. More

I know that I get the best when Mark is servicing my car. My recent visit was unscheduled, so I expected to wait while what seemed like a minor issue was worked into other scheduled work. I did not, however, feel good about sitting in the customer lounge for 4 hours w/o the service advisor checking in w me to provide updates that my car was actually being looked at, brief me on what kinds of issues they were running into, or provide an estimated time the car might be ready. Quality of work: excellent. Quality of communication: sub-par. More
