But Jose T. and Cris W. worked very hard to make it right with us! Jose was very helpful by showing us a new 2020 Traverse and we decided that was the vehicle that would fit our needs. The whole team at Suburban Chevrolet made our experience there great. We bought the Traverse late PM on a Saturday and Steve B. and Chris worked overtime until 6:45pm to get the paper work done. Then Jose stayed with us until 8pm helping us get to know the ins and outs of our new vehicle. We couldn't have asked for a better salesman! We know we can call Jose if we ever need anything.
