After speaking with Steve, he suggested trading it in getting something newer, because with our car payment and warranty payments we'd be paying around $500. a month and that not doable...I explained we had zero down, and couldn't do payments over $300.max., he said we should think about it and he was such an it could be done. I then called Craig, sales manager...told him everything and he said he needed to run our credit so we should do an online application, we did and in less the 45mins he returned my call and said he had a car that would work 2yrs newer, far less miles and they could get us a loan with a warrant for our budget...the next morning Steve called to say we were approved... We went in after my husband got off work, 2hrs later were now proud owners of a 2014 Malibu. Everything went so smoothly and everyone was so friendly, easy to work with and up front. When we are ready to trade we know where we will be going. More
