From the service advisors, Mike and Tim, to the service manager Reid, I know my car is in the best hands and they truly care about my vehicle and they go out of their way to make my experience the best as they possibly can. There has been a big change for the better since Reid became the Service Manager. Mike, Tim and Reid I will always remain a Suburban Chevrolet customer! Great all around! I decided to purchase a used Corvette, and Ben, the performance specialist, was very knowledgeable. I lived far enough away that I decided to fly in, I decided to purchase a used Corvette, and Ben, the performance specialist, was very knowledgeable. I lived far enough away that I decided to fly in, and he picked me up at the airport in a brand new Corvette (sweet!). One of the detailers found a nail in a tire and Ben had a new one put on. As I was looking the car over Kirk, one of the managers, came over and said "That's a NICE car!" He had driven it himself, and knew the history of it, that sealed the deal. Steve, in finance, explained a bumper-to-bumper warranty I could purchase, and when I initially declined called me at home two more times explaining the pros of having some protection. It was not at all a "pressure" sales thing, just practical advice, so I did purchase that option. The atmosphere of the dealership was casual and relaxed. A very nice experience all the way around.
