Went in for an oil change and got bad service So I made an appointment for an oil change a week before the service happened, I said to the lady who clearly was not working at the dealership I need So I made an appointment for an oil change a week before the service happened, I said to the lady who clearly was not working at the dealership I need to be to another appointment by 3. She says we will schedule you for 1 and you should be out in plenty of time. Sounds great right? Well I get to the dealership at 12:45 and say I need to be out by 2:30. The guy who is helping me which I had to pull his name off my invoice because he never told me his name. Well he right away says guys this is a “rush job” always what you want to hear when getting work done on your vehicle. I had been going to another dealership because I had a bad experience here and the first time I’m back this guy Tim decided to act like my oil change was a big problem. We have bought at least 6 vehicles at suburban but the service here is rough. More
