Right place at the right time. I stopped in to look at a vehicle we saw on-line. Gone. So, Jack Yanisch and I walked around the lot and found a great used car at a good price. He was very helpful in explaining the new W"whistles and bells" that we have not had in previous vehicles. When it came time to do the paperwork, Jack was very helpful and clearly explained the process and what "this and that" were for and why. Steve Beech was instrumental in getting the financial paperwork done - and so quickly. When I dropped the car off for a couple of "touch-ups", I was told that several people had inquired about the car and were disappointed about not being able to buy the 2011 Chevy Malibu for a very low price and with such low mileage. More

Poor Service Experience I went in this weekend to have an oil change done. I had noticed a clicking in the right passenger tire the night before, and mentioned it to the rep I went in this weekend to have an oil change done. I had noticed a clicking in the right passenger tire the night before, and mentioned it to the representative when I was handing in my keys, and asked if someone could take a look. His response was "sorry, only light duty tech on weekends" - completely understandable, so I asked if I could schedule a time to take a look during the week. He didn't respond. So, I asked again after he tried to cross sell additional services(no problem with this, I'm also in sales/service, so I get that). I then asked again about scheduling a time to take a look, and he said we could, but never, or asked for a, offered a time, date, etc - just simply said that "yes, we could". Oil change was completed; he never followed up, or offered to schedule additional service. He then went over the supposed vehicle inspection that he completed - a portion of this stated that they inspected the wheels, and didn't notice any visible/obvious issues, and told me everything looks great on the car(I understand these aren't true diagnostic reports, and only intended to provide glaring issues). The clicking was still happening on my drive home, so I took the wheel off, and found a completely destroyed CV boot, and significant damage to the CV joint(glaring issue). If I can diagnose this myself, I'm confident a light duty technician should have been able to tell me what was wrong. Instead of listening to the customer, he was too busy selling me routine maintenance. If you're looking for a dealership that follows through on what they say, and have your best interests in mind. Look elsewhere. More
