First Time Buyer After having spent several months looking for a new to me Chevy Malibu, I stopped in at Suburban Chevrolet to take a look at one that would fit my bud After having spent several months looking for a new to me Chevy Malibu, I stopped in at Suburban Chevrolet to take a look at one that would fit my budget. Billy greeted us as we entered and when I told him the car I was interested in, he took us right away to get started and ready for the test drive. Billy made the experience easy to understand for a new buyer and helped me to get the best idea of what my financial expectations should be. When it came time to work out my financial plan, Steve was incredibly patient and understanding and made sure that I would get a payment plan that was inside of my budget and helped me get the best rate I could. After the great experience I had at Suburban and with Billy and Steve, I would most certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a car and will most certainly buy from them again. More

Tim has awesome customer service! Tim, my service advisor, went above and beyond his duties when working with me. When asked about the lack of past records in your computer databa Tim, my service advisor, went above and beyond his duties when working with me. When asked about the lack of past records in your computer database on my truck, I explained to Tim that I am a new customer that used to bring my truck to village Chevrolet. Upon learning this, Tim reached out to village Chevrolet for me to gain an understanding of my vehicles history and learned that there was some work that needed to be done. This small and easy, extra step that Tim took not only made me feel like a valued costumer, but hekped award your dealership additional business that would not have been captured otherwise. Tim should be verbally praised and celebrated for his actions because he gained you a loyal customer which gains the dealership, well who knows how much money! More
