Another great experience with Suburban Chevrolet My husband and I went over to Suburban Chevrolet this week to trade our lease for another new Equinox. We worked with Billy. We have been buying vehicles from suburban chev since the very early 1980’s when they were located in Hopkins. Billy was fantastic! He has a very easy going personality and makes you feel very comfortable. His knowledge is wonderful. We will continue to return to suburban Chevrolet for future dealings and will ask for Billy! She did go check but was told they had many slips to write up for people that were waiting. There was 3 other people who brought their cars after me but their slips were written up before mine. One car was even parked behind mine. One slip was wrong so it had to be rewritten and that delayed the time also. I also was not told why my tires were not inflated to the recommended psi. More

Mixed opinion Happy with the service. Unhappy that had a appointment scheduled for a Thursday and the vehicle didn't even get in to be looked at until Friday. Then Happy with the service. Why schedule an appointment if you can't even get the vehicle to be looked at on the day the appointment was for. Great service, mixed review on the Tahoe Although the staff was extremely helpful and nice, my negative comments are solely based on the design of the Tahoe. This is my second headlight to go out and replacing it is so completely ridiculous that Chevy must design it this way to get more money out of their customer. It took about two hours out of my day....driving there, sitting there waiting, etc. in order to get a basic light bulb changed. Plus the cost was $123. That was just for this one too. This is my fifth or sixth Tahoe and based on this, it will be my last. I just feel it's a cheap way to get more money out of your customers. More

While my purchase allows for free car washes at every oil change I purchased my truck here and have been getting my oil changed here for over 3 years. While my purchase allows for free car washes at every oil change, I have NEVER received a car wash. On my last visit, I paid for a tire rotation and marked each wheel before my appointment. After the service was completed, I was disappointed to see that my tires were never rotated. This makes me question whether my tires have ever been rotated since this was the first time i marked them. It will be hard to justify service or future purchases from this dealership. More
