Very rude and disrespectful I came into service to get my car worked on and Tim Chvala said "hey what do you want now" very rudely. Once my car was done I never got a phone call I came into service to get my car worked on and Tim Chvala said "hey what do you want now" very rudely. Once my car was done I never got a phone call I had to keep calling to check on the status. Once I came to pick it up he tried to charge me more than what he quoted me over the phone and would not agree about the cost and kept saying that I am wrong. During all of this he was very rude and short with me. I will not ever come back here again very poor customer service. People like Tim should not work with the public!!! More

Timely repair. Gave me ride home near closing time. Very timely repair. Dropped off later saturday and picked up monday evening. Ben and Mark I traded my HHR for a 2015 Trax LT last Saturday and Ben was very knowledgeable and friendly; I initially thought I would lease a new car but ended up I traded my HHR for a 2015 Trax LT last Saturday and Ben was very knowledgeable and friendly; I initially thought I would lease a new car but ended up with a used Trax which I am happy with, so far. He was always available to talk with me or meet me and explain things. I have dealt with Suburban for all my past vehicles and they are always the first place I would go to when I'm in the market. Mark, in finance, is also awesome. He obviously knows "the system" and helped me with trying to get some money back from my extended warranty. I appreciated his time and ability to answer all my "dumb" questions. Ben and Mark and THE BEST!!!!!!!! More

She seemed honest and prepared. I financed through a credit union as the dealership’s bank rates weren’t great.
