Matainence Just went for a matainence check. They did the check and didn't say a word to me after, just handed me the paper work. They initially told me I had so Just went for a matainence check. They initially told me I had some codes telling me something was wrong with the car and was never further addressed. Wanted to go to my dealership because I thought I would get better service than my local midas or tires plus but surprisingly I get better service from them. A plus is that they did the work quick but maybe to their detriment as no one other than the cashier talked to me about my car. Not impressed by the service here upon my first visit. More

Not A Positive Experience I recently tried to schedule service for my 2011 Tahoe. It was in need of the 60K maintenance plus some other items that were recommended at my last I recently tried to schedule service for my 2011 Tahoe. It was in need of the 60K maintenance plus some other items that were recommended at my last oil change (transmission flush, transfer case flush, differential service). I went to the website and the online scheduling option popped up so I did the chat with the rep. On Oct. 24 I requested an appointment on Oct. 26 or 27 and was told someone would contact me within 24 hours. That time passed so I went online again and inquired and was told someone would contact me to confirm my appointment. By the time Thursday afternoon rolled around, I went online again and asked and was told to just call about an appointment. So I called and was told that they could get me in on Friday, so I basically wasted two days of trying to schedule via the online chat which was frustrating. When I brought that up I was told that it's an outside company and that they must not have communicated it to the service department. So I finally had the service done ($1,200 worth) which was maintenance that knew I needed. The service rep Jeremy was up front about the price which I appreciated because it was such a large amount. I got the vehicle back and over the weekend noticed a leak coming from under the car and that it didn't appear that the oil had been changed which was part of the service. So on Monday I had to call and go in again to see what the leak was and if the oil had actually been changed. After an hour or so they explained that they did a messy job with one of the fluid flushes and that caused the leak. They also verified that the oil had been changed but not reset in my vehicle and no sticker put in my window. Tim, the service rep did offer up a free oil change the next time I come in. Needless to say this ended up being much harder than it should have been, especially when I was so willing to come in an pay a large amount of money for service. More
