If I could give negative stars I would do so for Joe. I brought my car in first thing (7:15am) on a Monday and explained how my front passenger window regulator failed less than 3 years later after th I brought my car in first thing (7:15am) on a Monday and explained how my front passenger window regulator failed less than 3 years later after they supposedly installed a new one. Joe told me they could look at the car by noon later that day but nobody ever called. When I called them later in the afternoon they said it hadn't been looked at and they wouldn't have time until Tuesday morning but gave no reason why. Tuesday morning came and went without a call again so I had to reach out to them AGAIN and was told the same thing but it would be prioritized Wednesday morning. Still no apologies or reasons given for the delay. When I didn't hear back from them again Wednesday morning I took an Uber to the dealership to retrieve my car as they were obviously dropping the ball or covering something up and wouldn't admit it. I voiced my displeasure to Joe who said he would "make it right". I asked if he was competent enough to handle the job and he replied "Yes" but he must not know what that word means because I never heard back from him. Please take your car elsewhere if professionalism, knowledge, and getting your car looked at in a timely manner are important to you. If you are curious how idiots and liars run a service department then by all means feel free to experience the Suburban difference! More

I had my car towed there on Monday afternoon because I had an appointment the next day for brakes and my car wouldn’t start. I called them. Let them know it was probably the battery, car is five years ol had an appointment the next day for brakes and my car wouldn’t start. I called them. Let them know it was probably the battery, car is five years old, and that I already had an appointment. I have struggled to reach them via phone and when I finally did they said they didn’t have enough techs to assess my vehicle since it wouldn’t start and that is more complicated. I explained that I had a brake appointment but they said that didn’t matter now that my car wouldn’t start. When they finally assessed it(four days later) I was told it’s the brakes and the battery. Which I already knew and am confused how that couldn’t be done with basic diagnostics. It’s now Friday and i do not have my car back yet. I have reached out to them every day via phone to never get an answer. I’ve called the phone number they gave me for their direct line as well as the general service line. No one answers. More

Thank you for the honest appraisal and the good job of fixing my brakes. We visited your shop after years of being a loyal customer of a competitor. We expected the long wait like everywhere else these fixing my brakes. We visited your shop after years of being a loyal customer of a competitor. We expected the long wait like everywhere else these days. When we delivered our Jeep the service crew got right to the problem. Tim kept us appraised of progress each day. Your technicians worked fast and got our Jeep back on the 3rd day. This is the first time in a long time we have had friendly treatment and competent employees. I hate to call your dealership a service business. The term doesn’t reflect the gravity of the job. Your maintenance guys have dirty yet highly technical jobs. Yet they have good humor and do good work. I normally do not let others wash my car, even the carwash was great. Keeping the upbeat atmosphere of Suburban’s maintenance department is good management. Please congratulate Tim and the others in your service department as they are key in this upbeat atmosphere. More

Hello Mr Greene I’ve owned a Dodge Ram since 2018 and up until recently have gotten great service. Prompt calls / updates etc. My recent experience (currently in process) is nothing short of terrible and up until recently have gotten great service. Prompt calls / updates etc. My recent experience (currently in process) is nothing short of terrible and I’m in the market looking for a vehicle and I will likely be taking my business elsewhere. I dropped off (scheduled) my truck yesterday (Monday) for 7/730am appointment to have my antenna replaced (and a multi point inspection since we are headed out on a road trip) and from the beginning it was downhill. Larry seemingly was lost looking up my record and didn’t know what I was there for and once that got straightened out was told should be done by noon. Noon comes and goes no call I call leave a message and no call back no text (all of which is very unusual base on my previous experience (was used to text updates) so I call again..Larry seemingly inconvenienced simply said they’re backed up and should be done by EOD no customer service skills whatsoever. I call again (again no text updates or calls) and leave a message he does call back later to tell me won’t be till tomorrow again seemingly put out. Wasn’t until I pressed he offered up a loaner but the car should be ready by EOD today??? I have work and kids this is ridiculous for a scheduled service / repair visit. This service experience has lost you a customer and I will steer anyone I know away from Suburban if this is not remedied quickly. Thanks Jason More
