I contacted Andrew regarding purchasing a new car, I really needed to get rid of my Kia Soul. When I spoke with him, I explained our difficult situation. I had a Kia Soul that I still owed $16,000 on that I wanted to use it as a trade-in, so I needed to get the best possible price for it. I told him that I couldn't afford to have a large amount of money from the Kia tacked onto the new car because I needed to keep my car payment at a certain amount. Also, I didn't have a lot of money for a down payment. Well, Andrew got the job done. Not only did he get us a great price for the Kia (well over KBB), but he also gave us every possible incentive and discount that he could find. With all the incentives, discounts, and trade-in, we pretty much just paid for the new car, and we even got a decent interest rate. Andrew really listened to what our needs were and made sure that they were all met. He was very professional, attentive, and friendly. He really cared about our financial situation and worked hard to make sure that we were able to purchase a new car. Additionally, Andrew stayed with us well past the dealerships closing time, on a freezing cold night, to show us how to use the car functions. He answered all of our questions. He also made sure that the car was detailed before we picked it up. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone who is interested in purchasing a car, he goes above and beyond. More

He took my van up to have the oil changed and was told by the new suburban owners that they are not honoring previous offers from crestwood and charged $25 for the oil change. We were planning on trading our van in gor a new one...we will not be going to suburban for any of our chrysler dodge needs....suburban you lost a loyal customer of crestwood dodges....shame on you! I was in need of servicing of my vehicle, was greeted with a warm welcome from the lady in the service area she asked me the necessary questions and within minutes I was approached by the correct dept si with a warm welcome from the lady in the service area she asked me the necessary questions and within minutes I was approached by the correct dept signed the form and was out within minutes with a rental and was on my way. Later during the day the salesman John Long whom sold me the vehicle contacted me, followed up with me to ensure I was taken care off. Later that night around 8pm, the phone rang and they stated the work was completed. I arrived at the dealership, was greeted by the service dept, along with the Salesman following up to ensure there was total customer satisfaction. More
