I had my Jeep in the service center to be fixed. Knowing my miles close to being up on my lease I decided it was time to look for something new (good way to use my time while I waited for my vehicle to finish). I walked over to the new vehicles show room and was greeted by Juan. I was explaining to him that I was turning in a leased vehicle a little early due to miles and before I could finish saying that I have done this before (turned in a car early) he asked how much my payments were and how many months I had left and quickly told me the payments would be more than $400 on anything I was to look at. I told him I was interested in the Dodge journey and he told me that the only ones they had on the lot we’re going to be too much for me to lease or buy. I’m not understanding how he knows my financial situation nor what I can afford and didn’t appreciate being treated as if I was a poor young person. The sad part is is I can afford a lease that was 400+ but he didn’t know that so I left went back to the used car lot and purchased a vehicle the same day. I wasn’t necessarily looking into buying a used vehicle but the way I was treated I knew my decision was right. He should’ve Took That time and showed me vehicles even if they were out of my price range because there’s no way he knew what I was looking to spend and how much I was willing to pay. I would never recommend anyone to go to the new car lot because of him. My vehicle was being serviced everything went fine except the shuttle that took me home said they were coming to get me when my vehicle was ready and it took two hours. That I can get around but being treated the way I was is not acceptable.

"Horrible Service! "

Will never bring my car to this dealership again! If I could give 0 stars I would. Brought my vehicle in for some work this week that should have been covered under the extended warranty I purchased when I purchased the vehicle. My check engine light was on and also the analog clock in my vehicle was not working. I received a call several hours later and was told the o2 sensor on my vehicle was “damaged” therefore not covered under warranty and it would be $694 to fix. I asked how the o2 sensor would have been damaged and they said oh maybe a rock or they don’t know, they were very evasive with me on the phone. My husband and I went after work to speak with them and so they could show him the damage. The wires appeared to have been ripped out of the sensor and did not look like damage that was caused by a rock. When asked why the part wasn’t dirty (because I had been driving vehicle with engine light on) they said oh there is a cover on it. Then when we asked to speak to the manager he stated he believed it was “rodent damage”. But if there is a cover over it how did a rodent chew it? Not to mention where the sensor is located on my car there is NO way a rodent chewed it. They then proceeded to try and get us to pay a diagnostic fee for my clock that they did not even diagnose! On the paperwork it states that they diagnosed the clock and determined I needed a new one, but what’s suspicious about this is after we told them to put my car back together and we would be repairing it ourselves, my husband brought my car home and popped my dash out to look at the clock and it was not plugged in! He plugged it in and put the dash back in and what do you know the clock was working! This place is shady and unprofessional to say the least. I along with my family and friends will NEVER return to this sorry excuse of a dealership. What a disgrace this dealership is. Poor service on vehicles as well as customer service.

"Stunned"

Had my car in yesterday for service on radio. I am pleased with the service I have received from the manager Steve Parks, on a problem that I encountered earlier. However, upon leaving for work this morning, my husband noticed that the hood was higher up on the right side, and after opening it, he found the fuse cover for the engine compartment just laying there. He said luckily it was kinda jammed in on the side or we would have lost it or who knows what else could have incurred.

"Bad Servive, ignored "

I ordered a new side mirror 4/13/17 AND had to prepay for it. I was told the mirror was in on Sat. and to come in Monday. I came in and had to wait 30 min. to see a service man. Eric. I sat on my walker while I waited. He took looked up my information. He said I also needed a coolant flush. The cost was around $155. He was very pushy about this. I signed the paperwork and I was told the mirror and flush will take 2-3 hrs. I left with my daughter. 30 min. later, Eric called to say the mirror is back ordered. I couldn't stop the radiator flush. He said it was already started and would take 2 hrs. When I finally got the call to pick up the car, I had to wait almost 1 hr. while I sat in my walker. NO ONE came to me to ask if I was helped. NO ONE acknowledge me or my daughter. I know that the service dept. sold my mirror. Why would they tell me it was there, and then it is gone. The cost of the flush was over $20 more than the quoted price. I had to pay $189.14. I was NOT called about the cost being more. It just shows this dealership is terrible AND I feel dishonest.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I took my vehicle in for a oil change, I was told it was on the house. While my vehicle was being serviced, they rotated my tires and updated some computer modules. How great is that for service! Two thumbs up!!
