- ikmarisaJames takes care of me in a timely manner every time I come in. I had to have a key re-programmed due to unfortunate issues. He explained the process and went over it with me more than once to ensure that the service I was requesting was what I actually needed to have done. He informed me of the price of what it would take to make a second key fob because I had lost mine and I couldn't afford it. I only waited about an hour and with a "happy accident" they made me a second key fob and I didn't have to pay for it. Overall great service. Everyone is always friendly. Couldn't be happier with Suburban CDJR

- unhappy customerI took my car in for recall work. I will say the young man that waited on me---Phil Miskulin---was awesome. The rest of my experience was horrible. My car was not right after I picked it up and I had to take it back for them to "check" the work. They must not have because I was told nothing was wrong except my fuel injector was kinda dirty and for 200.00 they could fix that. Other then that to come and get it. I then asked that it be escalated to management. Once I got there I was made to feel like a "stupid woman" and to "prove" me wrong manager suggested we take a ride. Within a few minutes, he realized I was indeed correct. Seems my entire exhaust system was not secured properly and moving around freely, sometimes resting on the body/frame. So instead of "checking" their work the technicians tried to find a reason for me to spend more money instead. I believe now that it is fixed but the only "response" to my concerns and criticisms was a free oil change. I had had them do one when I dropped it off as well as an oil pan gasket so why would I need another. Also shows me they did not really check anything.

Knowing my miles close to being up on my lease I decided it was time to look for something new (good way to use my time while I waited for my vehicle to finish). I walked over to the new vehicles show room and was greeted by Juan. I was explaining to him that I was turning in a leased vehicle a little early due to miles and before I could finish saying that I have done this before (turned in a car early) he asked how much my payments were and how many months I had left and quickly told me the payments would be more than $400 on anything I was to look at. I told him I was interested in the Dodge journey and he told me that the only ones they had on the lot we’re going to be too much for me to lease or buy. I’m not understanding how he knows my financial situation nor what I can afford and didn’t appreciate being treated as if I was a poor young person. The sad part is is I can afford a lease that was 400+ but he didn’t know that so I left went back to the used car lot and purchased a vehicle the same day. I wasn’t necessarily looking into buying a used vehicle but the way I was treated I knew my decision was right. He should’ve Took That time and showed me vehicles even if they were out of my price range because there’s no way he knew what I was looking to spend and how much I was willing to pay. I would never recommend anyone to go to the new car lot because of him. My vehicle was being serviced everything went fine except the shuttle that took me home said they were coming to get me when my vehicle was ready and it took two hours. That I can get around but being treated the way I was is not acceptable.
