Service From This Dealership I purchased a dodge durango in 2016. My experience at this time is when things became to go down hill. I was trading in a 2005 ford 500. I'm going to lie, it had about 200k miles but not a ounce of rust and ran without any problems. The sales guy told me, they were really giving me anything simply because of the amount of miles on the car. He told me the car was in excellent condition but basically, it is was it is. Ok.. so a took the measly $300 (which was a slap in my face), I purchased additional things with the car such as wheel and tire coverage and oil change coverage. At this time I was told by the finance manger, that I would only need one oil change every 8k to 9k miles and this should get me to the end of my purchase. I later found out from a different dealership, THIS WAS A LIE!! I did not go to this dealership for any service. I took my car to a different dealership where they don't lie to make their customers to make a deal! I was making runs one day and decided to stop for a oil change at a different location and was told I was using my last one. I had to call back to almost argue to get what was promise to me. I later learned my oil changes per the manual in the car and the dealership who was servicing my car said my oil changes are every 3500 miles. In July 2018, I was in a car accident and totaled my truck. I purchased GAP insurance with the truck at the time of purchase. I've called the dealership and left messages from both Brad and Teddy at least 6 times. Brad finally called back on October 22nd. Today is November 8th and I still do not have any of the information I requested he Brad said he would send to me by the end of that work week. My insurance company (GAP insurance ) have also called and left several messages since August. If you're looking for someone to LIE and make a quick dollar NOT be of any help to you when you have just spent money with them, GO see these LIERS and people who NEVER follow up ! More

Great knowledgeable people on a Promaster van. $ 115.00 for a 20 min. job to Flash the BCM , to turn on a set of Mopar fog light kit I installed was kind of STIFF, Question: If van was prewired and already set up for a fog light set at the factory, why wasn't the BCM already set up to accept them. Plug and Play? I guess the Blue berry muffins and coffee have to be funded someway. It's little things like this that irks customers that the Factory Big Wigs just don't get. More
