Due to some queue in a bodyshop Suburban manager told me that he will call me back in 2 month, nobody called me back. Visited Suburban service one more time, had a discussion with Patty. Long story short, she officially advised me to get my hood fixed somewhere else. I don't think that this is an official way Suburban doing their business, but after couple visits, I can't recommend their service. More
We recently brought our Town and Country to Suburban for warranty repairs. Amanda checked us in, explained procedures for the protection plan, and kept us up to date on the progress of repairs to our vehicl warranty repairs. Not the greatest customer service here. Brought my car in to get checked out for a few problems. Salesman was not very friendly. Upon picking up my car, they didn't even pull it up for me. They sent me to th to get checked out for a few problems. Salesman was not very friendly. Upon picking up my car, they didn't even pull it up for me. They sent me to the lot to go get it! Who does that? I had to search the lot for a bunch of cars that looked exactly like mine! I never in my lifetime have I witnessed such poor customer service and unfriendly service people. Also, many of the service men had masks on under their chins! Hello....do they not know the proper way to wear a mask in the middle of a pandemic? Would not return to this service department. More
I've had my vehicle in a few different times for warranty work and maintenance and they make sure I'm well taken care of every time! Lenny is my service advisor. He makes sure I stay well informed about my vehicle throughout my visit and is always well prepared for all of the questions I ask about the work being done. He helps me make sure my vehicle is in perfect safe condition. Lenny knows and respects that I like to do some of the maintenance my self. He provides me part numbers for the inspected items so that I can make sure I'm getting the right parts to do the job. Even though I've had one or two small concerns across the many great times I've been here, they have made sure that everything is handled professionally and corrected for. Every time I get my vehicle back it is cleaner than I left it and I've got a well detailed write up of everything that was inspected on my vehicle. More

My 2017 Jeep Patriot drivers seat belt will come undone while driving. This happens intermittently, about 3 to 4 times a week. After they latched it "a few" times, they stated that there is nothing wrong. while driving. This happens intermittently, about 3 to 4 times a week. The only way I was able to get this resolved was to pay for it myself! The car is still under warranty! STAY AWAY! They will only fix your warranty issues if YOU $$PAY$$ for it!!! More
