Took my car there for service and they said it would be minimum of 2 days even before looking at what problem it might be. In all years of taking vehicles in shop never have I had a dealership tell me that minimum of 2 days even before looking at what problem it might be. In all years of taking vehicles in shop never have I had a dealership tell me that. Always had answer of the problem to fix within 6 hours at other dealers. Then I was told if they don’t have part I can come get car and bring back when part is in. Hmmm wonder will that take 2 days to get them to put new part in? Looking of new dealership with faster responds time cuz really who can be without car for that long? Any suggestions for different dealership what be great. More

We recently brought our Town and Country to Suburban for warranty repairs. I've had my vehicle in a few different times for warranty work and maintenance and they make sure I'm well taken care of every time! Lenny is my service advisor. He helps me make sure my vehicle is in perfect safe condition. Lenny knows and respects that I like to do some of the maintenance my self. He provides me part numbers for the inspected items so that I can make sure I'm getting the right parts to do the job. Even though I've had one or two small concerns across the many great times I've been here, they have made sure that everything is handled professionally and corrected for. Every time I get my vehicle back it is cleaner than I left it and I've got a well detailed write up of everything that was inspected on my vehicle. More
