The first I have brought my car into the dealership four times in the 16 months that I have owned it. Unfortunately it suffers from the death wobble. The first two times Patti was my service person she was excellent both times, set me up with the loaner, and I had absolutely no issues. Unfortunately the part that was put in would wear down and I would have to bring it back. The third time I brought it back Patti was not available and I had another service person that really wasn’t listening to what I was saying was my problem. He kept telling me that it was a recall I kept telling him what the problem was and then I figured that was the recall. Because he kept insisting. I picked up my car not only was it not fixed it seemed worse. Brought my car back a few days later once again did not have Patti and dealt with someone who seemed very new to the job so I will not say that he did anything wrong. Fortunately for me Patti took over the situation because by this time I was highly annoyed. She reached out to Chrysler to see if they could have any input on my ongoing issue. I will say this she knows how to defuse the situation she offers excellent customer service And she is a pleasure to work with. I’m giving five stars because of Patti and only because of Patti More

Zero Customer Service "Too bad for you. Nothing I will do." Horrible customer service. Rude, disrespectful, ignorant and inappropriate is how I would describe my visit tod "Too bad for you. Nothing I will do." Horrible customer service. Rude, disrespectful, ignorant and inappropriate is how I would describe my visit today for a service visit to get my tire fixed.. I was never told about not having a spare tire, so when I got a flat tire today I was shock to find I was stranded. State farm sent out someone to help. They used one of those pumps with the fix a flat in it. It destroyed my tire. When I finally pulled into your service bay I was informed I would have to order a tire and there was nothing they could do to help. I was so upset already I went to speak with a manager. That is when John Timmington began my horrible experience. I was told there is nothing more I can do for you and mostly blown off. When I asked more questions I was ment with disgust that I would even ask him more questions. I refuse to do anymore business with suburban Jeep. I lease one car and bought another. I have 5 children all almost to driving age. I would if been a loyal customer for life. One revolting man ruined my business for you company. More

Service manager available by text. Quite Painless. Great knowledgeable people on a Promaster van. $ 115.00 for a 20 min. job to Flash the BCM , to turn on a set of Mopar fog light kit I installed was kind of STIFF, Question: If van was prewired and already set up for a fog light set at the factory, why wasn't the BCM already set up to accept them. Plug and Play? I guess the Blue berry muffins and coffee have to be funded someway. It's little things like this that irks customers that the Factory Big Wigs just don't get. More
Poor attitude, poor service Service writeup individual let me know that they are doing me a favor by servicing my vehicle. Picked up the vehicle for the work that was completed Service writeup individual let me know that they are doing me a favor by servicing my vehicle. Picked up the vehicle for the work that was completed and was told all went well. Start the vehicle after paying to find out there is a dashboard light on related to the job just completed. Was told we can check it back in but the diagnostic fee would apply. Nice job guys way to keep the rating up... Keep this up and you'll easily steer most of your customers to other service centers or dealerships the can retain an acceptable level of customer service. Word of mouth is a wonderful thing and can work both ways. More

They say they are Diesel specialists but they are not capable of doing anything beyond a simple oil change. My 2014 Ram Cummins was intermitently loosing power on acceleration. Was very dangerous at times. I suspected the emissions system. They managed to 'blow that off' and stated there was nothing they could do. THEN, just found out there was an open recall that had been issued 6 months before (just bought truck so was not aware of it) . The SCR emissions module needs to be replaced and the malfunction can cause loose of or sluggish acceleration!!! Wow! They did not even know about it nor did they even check if my truck had any open recalls. Recently found Szotts is certified on heavy duty diesel and they have a commercial service center so are very experienced with working on the larger diesels. They are very familiar with this T05 extensive recall and had all the details regarding the nature of failure modes. Do Not go to Suburban for your heavy duty Ram Cummins Service!!!! PS - Cummins service center also provide service to the public. More
Service Department I switched to to a Chrysler vehicle after being with GM for years. I have only visited this dealership twice since I leased my vehicle. The first ti I switched to to a Chrysler vehicle after being with GM for years. I have only visited this dealership twice since I leased my vehicle. The first time was okay, but it took forever for a service advisor to come to my car both times. Today I came in because I was having problems with my sunroof rattling and the problems with the acceleration of the vehicle. When I arrived it took almost 5 minutes for someone to open the service door. When I pulled in I waited 10 minutes and no service advisor came to my vehicle. I actually had to get out of my car and ask and then someone went to get a service advisor. What I did not know about this dealership is that you must need an appointment for them to even look at your car. Never had this with GM. For the rattling of the sunroof they told me they would need to keep it overnight, which is insane for such a small issue that they didn't even look at before telling me this. However I didn't complain since I had the other issue as well. I came in on Monday and the first date they could get me in was Thursday - again insane. I never had that type of scheduling/service problems with GM. When leaving I again had to wait for someone to open the door even though there a lot of employees in the service area. I truly regret this switch and can't wait until lease is done and I can return to a GM vehicle. More
