2014 Ram (lemon truck) My 2014 ram had the trans replaced at 700 miles, brake booster/level reader and park sensors have all had issues before 7k miles. Would like to have my truck replaced with another of the like. I understand when mass producing vehicles there are sure to be bad batches. I am certain mine is one of them. I have no confidence in my truck and fear the safety of my family is in jeopardy if I take a short trip to the store or a road trip to Lake Michigan. I fear my truck will break down on a remote road and will leave us stranded as it has done in the short time I have owned the truck. We are fans of the Chrysler brand and would like to continue purchasing American vehicles, however it's in the dealers hands to escalate this matter and resolve this issue. I will take all measures to be heard. More

Great purchasing experience. Tim Pazdziora was very helpful and patient. The only downside was the finance guy being a bit too insistent about the extended coverage options he was trying to sell me. helpful and patient. The only downside was the finance guy being a bit too insistent about the extended coverage options he was trying to sell me. The gentleman blew me off when I asked him to show me what the total cost of the various packages were (as opposed to the low monthly payment) and then refused to listen to me multiple times tell him that I wasn't interested. It was only at the point that I was ready to just walk away that he stopped trying to sell his products and got to the task of dealing with the paperwork for the Jeep I was purchasing. More
