Great purchasing experience. Tim Pazdziora was very helpful and patient. The only downside was the finance guy being a bit too insistent about the extended coverage options he was trying to sell me. helpful and patient. The gentleman blew me off when I asked him to show me what the total cost of the various packages were (as opposed to the low monthly payment) and then refused to listen to me multiple times tell him that I wasn't interested. It was only at the point that I was ready to just walk away that he stopped trying to sell his products and got to the task of dealing with the paperwork for the Jeep I was purchasing. More
