I bought a vehicle from Suburban over two years ago and had a great experience. I am not sure what has changed, but to me it seems that the dealership is not running smoothly now. I received mailings requesting me to call the dealership for early turn-in of my lease, which I did. I never received a call back from the dealership. Instead, I received another letter thanking me for calling and asking me to call back again, which I did. This time I left a message on the Sales Manager's (Tom Brown's) voice mail. I did not receive a call back. After a few days, I tried calling again and again left a message on Tom Brown's voice mail. I can only imagine that vehicles are selling so well, that they don't need me as a repeat customer. More

I have a brand new beautiful 2013 Dodge Dart in metallic still color and Rick did everything he could to help make this process easier and a happy one. on top of all of that as a person in general he seems very compassionate and caring and genuine. today I ran into him when I needed to get my oil changed a tire fixed. I hadn't said a word to him about it and he already knew what was going on with my car and was in the process of helping me fix it. I highly recommend him to any of my friends that I know are looking for a new car will continue to send people to him in the future. when it's time for me to turn in this lease and get a new one he will be here I'm going to. Jeff was a very friendly salesman. The detailers did a terrible job on the car, and Jeff made sure it was clean for me. He replaced the windshield for me, gave me $200 off for tires that weren't all that terrible job on the car, and Jeff made sure it was clean for me.
