Overall good experience although they didn't seem as willing as other dealerships I have been to in terms of price negotiation. I actually considered going to another dealership except they had the bes willing as other dealerships I have been to in terms of price negotiation. I bought a vehicle from Suburban over two years ago and had a great experience. I am not sure what has changed, but to me it seems that the dealership is not running smoothly now. I received mailings requesting me to call the dealership for early turn-in of my lease, which I did. I never received a call back from the dealership. Instead, I received another letter thanking me for calling and asking me to call back again, which I did. This time I left a message on the Sales Manager's (Tom Brown's) voice mail. I did not receive a call back. After a few days, I tried calling again and again left a message on Tom Brown's voice mail. I can only imagine that vehicles are selling so well, that they don't need me as a repeat customer. More
