My overall rating & experience was excellent. Recently I had to have my 2008 Jeep Commander in for service on the Powertrain. I called and spoke with Dean on June 17th who told me to bring it in Recently I had to have my 2008 Jeep Commander in for service on the Powertrain. I called and spoke with Dean on June 17th who told me to bring it in and he also informed that I did have a lifetime powertrain warranty and was due for my 5 year inspection. As it turned out the problem was related to the powertrain which was covered. Dean also suggested other maintenance that should be done, which was very helpful. The next day I received a call from Dean indicating the problem and an estimated time that my vehicle would be ready. Well as it turns out there was a mix up in the parts which was the fault of the manufacturer that resulted in aonther part having to be ordered and my vehicle wouldn't be ready until early the next week. Not to worry as I was in a rental vehicle and the best part of the experience was that my rental was paid for the entire time (9 days) which was a huge burden lifted from me. I will continue to highly recommend Suburban CJD to anyone for service or sales. I find this dealership to be on of the best. Thanks to Dean the team at Suburban CJD I'm back on the road. More
I gave a good overall rating. My only complaint would be with the trade in. I did not get a good explanation of my trade and my l New lease. Instead all the numbers were rolled in together. The payment worked out ok but I had no idea what I actually bought or traded my car in for. I do not like working a deal to a payment. It wasn't until after I mentioned this that the deal was worked out. In the end it all worked out. I do like working with Tracy Alter. She was very eager to please and did a fine job. More
I could not have asked for more. Jose was delightful and oh so not a "used car salesman". I have never purchased a car without my husband before and was somewhat stressed but Jose put me at ease and walked oh so not a "used car salesman". I've been wanting a Jeep Wrangler for a long time now, but never could find the courage to go into a dealership. My last car buying experience was awful. I felt a lot of pressure and ended up getting now, but never could find the courage to go into a dealership. My last car buying experience was awful. I felt a lot of pressure and ended up getting in a car that I really did not want. But when Jeff approached me on the lot with a friendly smile and 'hello' my fears slowly went away. He was nice, informative, and he even made it fun. Even though I can't afford a new Wrangler right now, its refreshing to know that when I find the money, I won't have to find a salesman. More

I given the opportunity to test drive a similar vehicle. Rick showed all of the various features the vehicle had to offer. I can't tell you how pleased and excited I am with my new Dodge Challenger, a car that wasn't easy to find, at least not the one I wanted...but when my husband met and started working with Rick Larue, we new Dodge Challenger, a car that wasn't easy to find, at least not the one I wanted...but when my husband met and started working with Rick Larue, we felt confident he would work to find the right car and he did, even though he had to search out of state to locate it. He made us feel that he and everyone a the dealership would do everything to get the best deal for us. When I went to pick up my car, Rick not only had some pretty cool Dodge extras for me like a key chain, coffee tumbler and sweatshirt, but he sat in the car with me and went over everything I needed to know and he assured me that I could call him with any question, even giving me his cell number. When you buy or lease a new car, you want to have a geat feeling about it and about the person who you are dealing with and I had/have a great feeling about Rick Larue, so thank you Rick. We will be sure to tell anyone who is interested in a Chrysler product to come and see you. To be honest, we have been a Ford family for a long time and and had GM products before that, but I am so glad that I saw the Challenger and decided it was time to drive something "very cool' and having a perfect experience getting it makes it even better. My family and I drove over an hour to take a look at a pre owned car. We met Dale (salesperson) and he was helpful and knowledgeable. I was satisfied with the car and wished to purchase it. I asked that they make some concessions and cover the cost of the tax, title, and plates. The salesman said that the price of the vehicle was the bottom line and was unable to provide any concessions. Then the Pre Owned Sales Manager Rob Radzwin walked up and asked if we were going to buy the car. I told him that I would buy the car today if they would just cover the tax, title and plates. Rob told me that he was unwilling to make a deal and with a smug grin and attitude said "Thanks for stopping by.", then walked away. I was more than willing to buy the car and I just wanted to feel like I was getting a deal. I am also a manager and a professional who works with the public. I have never been treated with such disrespect by another professional. I know that part of doing business with the public is having great referrals. I will not recommend this dealership to another person. I purchase a lot of vehicles for the business that I manage and was hoping that I could make a new contact and possibly do more business in the future with your dealership. This will not be happening now. For $900 you have lost a deal with me, the business that I work for, anyone that asks me where they should by a car and received a bad review. That is a bad business decision. More
