I had given the sales guy my phone number 3 times & he had made several calls to me on that number. Then he started calling my wifes phone instead of mine claiming he did not have my phone number even he had made several calls to me on that number. Then he started calling my wifes phone instead of mine claiming he did not have my phone number even though it is all over the purchase/application paperwork. I was told that I would not be approved for my loan unless I purchased the extended service contract for $2,080.00. I did not catch it in the fine print of the finance contract that stated that I did not have to purchase the service contract to be financed. I bought my used vehicle on a friday night & told them I was leaving in the morning for the weekend. I recieved a call first thing in the morning stating that the odometer reading was wrong so I needed to come in asap to sign the corrected paperwork. I live 40 minutes from the dealer & they did nothing to make up for my time & delaying my trip with my family. Then I was expected to drive the 40 minute each way trip to pick up my license plate. I told him to mail it to me so I did not have to drive that far but due to their incompetence the plate was not in until the day my temporary plate expired, (2 weeks). My wife had to pick up my plate since I could not make it due to work & the sales guy was not friendly at all to her. Now, less than 3 months later, on my used 2007 vehicle with 67K miles the lumbar bag has exploded in the seat & something is wrong with the front end causing the passenger side to sag much lower than the drivers side. The lumbar is not covered under the "service contract" & with the luck I've had so far I'm sure there will be some way the the other problem won't be either. I am very disgusted since the vehicle was $17,000!!! Don't get me wrong they were extremely nice to me before I signed any paperwork. More
I found Tracy to be very rude and unattentive to me. I felt like she didn't pay me any attention and gave all the attention and questons to my husband like i was not even there. The car was for me not for my husband. Overall she did a bad job explaning prices, and very slow at her job. I would never go to this dealership again nor do i reffer her as your salesperson. When in sales best advice is acknowledge your clients both equally!! best part was when she finally did give us prices she sais " do we have a deal and you can't sign on this tonight"? I've never been asked that by any other salesperson ever in 15 years of buying cars!! Train your staff! More

Between our original contact with Kay Johnson (Suburbans internet sales consultant) and the final purchase with Salesman Jerry Leruth, this was the smoothest, easiest and most pleasurable buying experience internet sales consultant) and the final purchase with Salesman Jerry Leruth, this was the smoothest, easiest and most pleasurable buying experience that I've had in 35 years of buying cars. Email communication between me and Kay, and later Jerry, was quick and concise, each time giving me the exact information that I was asking for, and always very professional in context. When dealing with Kay and Jerry, I received a very personal feeling service without a lot of the "let's cut a deal" shenanigans I've grown accustomed to in the past (and even AS a Chrysler employee, that still occurs at some sales locations). Kudos for the Suburban team for their dedication to their customers and making me proud that we (Chrysler) have such high quality dealers and sales staff working to sell Chrysler cars and trucks. Nice clean dealership too! A+++++++ rating. P.S. Skip the others, go here - it's worth the extra drive. More
Over the past year my need to get a Challenger grew greater and I wanted an RT Classic with specific options. There was no doubt I would go back to see Jeff since we bought a Wrangler from him for a fa greater and I wanted an RT Classic with specific options. There was no doubt I would go back to see Jeff since we bought a Wrangler from him for a fair price a year and a half ago. Following the sale of the Wrangler he kept in contact with us and built an appropriate rapport. He thoughtfully sent us correspondence every 6 months along with the picture (of us and the jeep) taken the night we picked it up. There was never any pressure and he rightfully gauged the best relationship with us and made sure we had anything we needed to make the right choice. When we started "fishing" for the challenger a few months ago it started with visits to the dealership to discuss options with Jeff. He shared our enthusiasm and even sent my other half home once with a miniature Challenger since the color I wanted at that time wasn't available yet. We eventually decided to order the car in early February, 2013 and Jeff tried to find us a match locally but could not. Through the ordering process he kept me well informed. He even did a great job handling it when I got the "Is my car here yet" syndrome. It always felt like it was about us and not the sale. For us, customer service is a huge part of the experience since it's so easy to get an equivalent bargain somewhere else. When the Challenger is paid off in a few years and we are ready for whatever comes next we will be going back to see Jeff again. More
