Disappointed with Service and Lack of Professionalism! I recently visited CDJR of Troy for a service appointment, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. During the appointment, the I recently visited CDJR of Troy for a service appointment, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. During the appointment, the interior of my vehicle was damaged, and to my surprise, a half-drank pop bottle was left behind in my car. Considering the significant amount of money I spent, I expected a much higher standard of service and professionalism. This lack of care and attention to detail is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of quality one would expect from a dealership of this stature. While I have addressed my concerns with the staff and provided photographic evidence, I am still waiting on a response from the Service Manager to rectify this issue. This delay only adds to my disappointment with the experience. I urge CDJR of Troy to take these matters seriously and improve the professionalism and care in their service process. More

Before submitting this review I tried on 5 different occassions to get a hold of anyone from the Dealership to discuss my concerns. This dealership has gone very far downhill. For many years I had rea occassions to get a hold of anyone from the Dealership to discuss my concerns. This dealership has gone very far downhill. For many years I had really good experiences having my Jeep serviced but started to notice small "misses" along the way (tires not filled, oil light not reset) none of it was never enough to break my trust or lose me as a customer. Until my visit in October. I took my Jeep in over a concern that it was occassionally not starting immediately and sounded like it was out of gas (even though the tank was full). Several hours later the dealership called to say they could not replicate the problem, changed the oii, and sent me on my way. Several weeks later I found myself stranded when the vehicle would not start. I had it towed to another Jeep dealer (where I had a wonderful experience!) and was told the issue was due to an outstanding recall. I'm very disappointed that Suburban did not even review the recall list for my vehicle. I won't trust them again. More
This place will use straight up fraud and get away with it. From my printed Carfax that was given to me when I purchased the car, it was stated on 6/4/24 as a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle, which is what l it. From my printed Carfax that was given to me when I purchased the car, it was stated on 6/4/24 as a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle, which is what led me to make this purchase. I purchased the car on 6/21 and on my bill of sale they put 93,726 mileage but the Carfax wasn't updated until 7/1 and they put LESS mileage at 93768. This already shows lack of care and insuring things are correct. Now that Carfax of it being a Certified Pre Owned Vehicle is gone from the digital world. Zero damage was disclosed to me as I assumed so with it being a Certified Pre- Owned means the car is brought back up to working order. Even still, I specifically asked for a brake check and now almost 4 months later and I've had repairs totalling $3,922. $1046 of that is from brake damage. I will say that they did cover the first bill of $1076 after I left my first bad review and Elliot Ryan, the GM, admitted some fault in mechanic negligence. Not even a month after that is when the rest of the $2800 happened when my personal mechanic found these damages during a safety inspection when I brought it in for what I thought was a needed alignment. They found a sized caliper, bad front brakes and rotors, bad struts and bad sway bar. The car was never actually a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle, they put that on the Carfax to falsely advertise. Elliot Ryan tries to say his company is not responsible for the information on the Carfax, but on the hard copy I have, it says it was listed as that by Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I am only asking for a refund of the rest of the repairs of $2,800. They also never gave a response to the Better Business Bureau and the GM responds to my Google Review like he has been trying to assist me but I am ignoring him, which is very very untrue. More
