I recently leased my 4th Dodge Durango from Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy. I made an appointment after first speaking with Maria Kovach regarding the vehicle I was interested in. Maria foun Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy. I made an appointment after first speaking with Maria Kovach regarding the vehicle I was interested in. Maria found a vehicle at a price within my budget and the appointment and delivery of the vehicle went flawlessly. Finance manager Logan Romain had all the paper work ready to sign and clearly explained all the details of the purchase with some additional options that were available to me. Inflexibility should not be your strong point I despise dealerships who pride themselves in controlling the customer instead of gaining a client. I want to buy a car and want to be treated like y I despise dealerships who pride themselves in controlling the customer instead of gaining a client. I want to buy a car and want to be treated like you need to sell the car instead of you acting like you are doing me a favor by selling me a car. The best dealerships don't turn down any deals and value selling a unit over mere greedy profit. Quoting misleading prices that include impossible rebates is immoral and often illegal in your state. Finally, consumers like me realize that bottom line pricing is most important and can shop nationwide and not just for local dealerships designed to exploit "certain" marginalized consumers. Soon dealerships will lose their hold on sales as consumers will find more utility in best prices instead of the traditional salesperson commission income driven ripoff. More

When I was ready to order in May, I contacted them on May 15 to buy two new Jeeps. They did not react. Sent e mails to several Sales Managers: no reaction. Complained after almost two weeks: Lauren Cunningham got on the case, with apologies. Dropped the ball. Case closed. This dealership does not deserve to get business. More
