I came in on Christmas Eve to turn in my 2017 Grand Cherokee to get a 2020 model and was blessed with excellent service from Michael. He was attentive to my needs and made the transition smooth. He introduced me to Nick who finalized the financing and was very informative. I met Isaia today when I needed to have the minor issue of my sunglass holder not staying closed looked at as I got my wheel locks out on today. He assured me that the part would be available by Monday and I could come in anytime that day or later. All gentlemen were very helpful and made me feel glad that I came back to the last dealership that I leased my last vehicle from. [Thank you, Adam Smart!! I recently called the Suburban Chrysler Service Dept. due to a engine warning light going off on our 2017 Pacifica. Another nearby dealer had said d I recently called the Suburban Chrysler Service Dept. due to a engine warning light going off on our 2017 Pacifica. Another nearby dealer had said don't drive it, just make an appointment for several days out and you'll have to leave it. Well, the next morning my daughter had to go in for surgery and I needed to know what the issue was ASAP and it was already 4:30 PM! I then spoke with Adam Smart @ Suburban and without even mentioning the urgency of the matter he said just bring it in now and we can run a diagnostic check. I brought it in immediately and within minutes Adam told me it was nothing serious (seal leak around the gas cap) and would clear up on its own and that is exactly what happened. Thanks to Adam Smart I was reassured that I could get my daughter to her surgery without incident. No charge, no waiting, no problem, no appointment needed for days later. Thank you very much, Adam Smart!!! More
