I have leased 5 other vehicles from another dealership and now was in the market for my 6th lease, looking for a 2017 or 2018 Ram Truck. Micheal was very thorough in explaining and answering all of my questions and he was proactive in following up with me. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of his product and the process. I also appreciate the efficiency and great work of Brooke to complete the closing process in a relatively short time period. I will definitely work with Michael again on my next lease. Great first time experience. Thank you! More
Waste of time Contacted dealership about a vehicle they had listed and I was told that the car was available. Talked to a sales person and submitted an application Contacted dealership about a vehicle they had listed and I was told that the car was available. Talked to a sales person and submitted an application and had a preliminary appraisal of my vehicle completed. That was yesterday and I was told I'd hear back payment and financing information today, 11/21/17 after submitting my credit application. Received email at the end of today statiing that the vehicle was sold today. Now from my understanding there is no legal binding contract for the dealership to hold the vehicle, but what dealership wastes potential customers time and allow them to run their credit for no reason. I have called other dealerships in the past to inquire about cars and have been told that another customer was in the process of trying to buy it and I would have to wait to see the outcome. I can live with a response like that because someone was in the process before me. However to be told that it was sold, it's not like I have been dragging my feet and not replying to the dealership. Then the salesman tells me to look at a more expensive car which is the same year, but bare bones stock. In my opinion this is a very shady way to run a business and I would never buy nor attempt to buy from a dealership that has no common decency to fulfil their word and not just jump at the first guaranteed dollar. Oh and if the car sold in the am and Jeff got to work around 3 why did it take until almost 7pm to get an email??? I'm sure Jeff wasn't busy selling the car to the other customers and finalizing the deal before he let me know... Now let's wait for the response from the dealer that says it was a simple over sight and not their common practice... More

Derrick Walker is fantastic! I'll start by saying that I didn't end up leasing my vehicle through this dealership, but that has zero reflection on my awesome salesman Derrick Walk I'll start by saying that I didn't end up leasing my vehicle through this dealership, but that has zero reflection on my awesome salesman Derrick Walker. I put Derrick through the ringer with 100's of questions, multiple test drives (including an overnight test drive), and dozens of quote requests... and he was nothing short of amazing the entire time! He was patient, knowledgeable about every vehicle and trim, and most importantly... he genuinely listened to my requests and offered incredibly valuable suggestions and feedback. I ultimately ended up going with a totally different brand which meant I couldn't work with Derrick to close the deal, and it actually bummed me out a lot. I was regretful in making the dissapointing phone call to Derrick when I decided to go with the other vehicle. That's when you know that your salesman was more than just that... he was a consultant throughout the experience and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone that is looking for a Chrysler vehicle! I hope to do business with Derrick in a few years when my lease is up (if he's not the CEO of the dealership by then)! GO SEE DERRICK... HE'S GREAT! More

Smooth experience from start to finish Working with Nathen was a great experience. Even though he was a newer, he handled everything in a professional manner and was not afraid to ask for Working with Nathen was a great experience. This has to be one of the most comfortable, smooth and quick car sales experiences I have ever participated in. The vehicle was for my daughter who searched for vehicles on line and found exactly what she was looking for. I would certainly recommend Nathen going forward. Also the experience with Nick Sinishtaj in finance was great as well. He was ready for my daughter to close on her vehicle when we came in as requested. Was very thorough and explained each step along the way in a very professional manner as well. More
