Better off with the shady characters on Craigslist After one bad experience after another on Craigslist I took my hard earned money to Suburban Chrysler jeep Dodge Ram of Troy, after repeated statement After one bad experience after another on Craigslist I took my hard earned money to Suburban Chrysler jeep Dodge Ram of Troy, after repeated statements of how their own service department made all needed repairs we were pressured to close the sale for them to meet thier monthly sales quota, despite that we had not had time to retain insurance they put a dealer plate on to close the sale, the car didn't last for 48 hours or 50 miles before the engine light came on and the transmission would slip leaving the car undriveable, after days of trying to reach them we were only told these things happen but there was nothing they could do, at least with the "dealers" on Craigslist you are not givin a False sense of security More

Top Echelon Dealer I came into the Jeep dealership looking to lease my first car and Kurt couldnt of been a more helpful and caring guy. He helped me out as much as he possibly could to get me a lease it just ended up being a little too expensive. So unfortunately I decided to lease a Chevy Cruz, but once this lease is up and im considering leasing another car or have a friend considering leasing a car i am most certainly going to send them Kurts way. Excellent service, great sales people! I loved my first experience leasing a car from Suburban Jeep. This was my first time leasing a car on my own without my parents help, and Kurt really I loved my first experience leasing a car from Suburban Jeep. This was my first time leasing a car on my own without my parents help, and Kurt really walked me through the whole process and listened to what my needs were and what I wanted in a car. I love that him and the rest of the sales staff LOVES cars, and you can tell that they love what they do. It felt like he wasn't trying to sell me something, but like he was trying to help me find the best fit that worked for me and my profession. It was a great experience and I will recommend Kurt and Suburban Jeep to everyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle. More

BEWARE!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!! My husband and I bought a truck *as is* for this dealership and we test drove it and everything seemed to be fine we were just lo HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!! My husband and I bought a truck *as is* for this dealership and we test drove it and everything seemed to be fine we were just looking for something to get my husband to and from work. Well about @ weeks after we bought it my husband was left on the side of the road the truck died.So I called the dealership and left the manager 3 messages and he never returned my phone calls so my husband put a new alternator and battery in it and thought that would do the trick but no it needs a new motor now because its not worth fixing everything that's wrong with it. I finally got ahold of the dealership and asked if there was anything they could do for us and we were told that they will give us $5000 to trade it in mind you we bought it 4 months ago for $10,800 so what ever new truck we get we would have to over pay and roll over $5,000 my husband and don't have a lot of money so there's no way we could afford that. I asked the guy so the truck lost $5,000 worth of value in 4 months that just don't seem right he said well as soon as you take it off the lost it looses value but $5,000 in 4 months xxx!!! So I contacted the dealership again and ask if they could help with any of the cost to repair the truck because like I said we don't have a lot of money and I was told no because we bought it as is but he will ask his manager I'm still waiting for a call back. I cant believe that car dealerships can get away with scamming people like this they offered us no help at all I don't understand how they sleep at night. I suggest to everyone out there that is thinking of buying any kind of used vehicle from this place *as is* don't waste your time or money because these people don't give a crap about you as soon as you leave there lot your on your own.
