Car had low windshield washer fluid and worse, the washer fluid pump did not work and a new one had to be ordered from Farmington dealer to be replaced the following day. About 3 hours more time at the dealership and out of my schedule because it was not properly "Prepped". It was also missing the Owner's manual which I had to return and obtain from the salesman. Also: on the first day, diagnostic day, all instruments panel controls had been turned off to check electrics. No work was done that day (because of part having to be ordered), I returned home and went to an event that night that got out at 10:00. I drove about 5 miles before realizing my headlights had been turned from Auto to off (and not turned back to original position). Likewise the heater. This could have been dangerous and cost me a ticket. More

First Experience with Suburban Service Team Having had a poor experience at another local dealership for service on my 2014 Charger R/T Blacktop, I was interested in trying Suburban based on the Having had a poor experience at another local dealership for service on my 2014 Charger R/T Blacktop, I was interested in trying Suburban based on the service reviews. I arrived about 10 minutes before operating hours on Saturday. The service bays were opened at exactly 8:00 AM and I was greeted promptly and asked what service needed to be completed. After waiting for less than two minutes for a service writer to assist me, I explained my problems with the previous service I had received from another dealership to Kevin and was reassured that everything would be completed correctly. After writing up the order, Kevin told me it would be around 60-90 minutes and where I could wait. The lounge area was neat and clean and the time went by very quickly. Within 75 minutes Kevin returned and let me know that everything was done. Pricing was very reasonable and a 20% coupon was applied without my having to ask for it. I was cashed out in less than two minutes and very pleasantly surprised to find that my car had also been washed and the windows had been cleaned (even on the inside). Overall, I was very pleased with the experience and will consider Suburban as my servicing dealership for this car and my 2016 Charger Scat Pack. More

I knew there was no way but I still gave it a shot, luckily I was introduced to Randy. He worked hard and spent countless hours to try and find a way that I could leave with a vehicle. I'm very happy with his effort and I recommend anyone in a struggling situation to go talk to him. He'll do whatever he can to make sure the customer is pleased! If it wasn't for him I'd still be driving an old beat up minivan. More

She was very understanding and really made me feel like she was going to do everything she could to help me, and she did. I thought I might be stuck there all day just to be turned down, but in less than 2hrs she had it set up for me to drive home THAT DAY in a 2014 car that had been turned in. I LOVE the car and I can't thank Ms. Hill enough for really going to bat for me and helping me get in such a great car and within my budget! Ms. Hill just earned a lifetime customer. When it's time to buy again, I will be going back and if someone asks for my opinion, I will be giving them her card. Thank you so much! More
