I arrived about 10 minutes before operating hours on Saturday. The service bays were opened at exactly 8:00 AM and I was greeted promptly and asked what service needed to be completed. After waiting for less than two minutes for a service writer to assist me, I explained my problems with the previous service I had received from another dealership to Kevin and was reassured that everything would be completed correctly. After writing up the order, Kevin told me it would be around 60-90 minutes and where I could wait. The lounge area was neat and clean and the time went by very quickly. Within 75 minutes Kevin returned and let me know that everything was done. Pricing was very reasonable and a 20% coupon was applied without my having to ask for it. I was cashed out in less than two minutes and very pleasantly surprised to find that my car had also been washed and the windows had been cleaned (even on the inside). Overall, I was very pleased with the experience and will consider Suburban as my servicing dealership for this car and my 2016 Charger Scat Pack. More

I LOVE the car and I can't thank Ms. Hill enough for really going to bat for me and helping me get in such a great car and within my budget! Ms. Hill just earned a lifetime customer.
