Needed replacement vehicle My situation will sound like a negative one but honestly the dealership I dealt with really made the difference. I purchased a new limited Town and Co My situation will sound like a negative one but honestly the dealership I dealt with really made the difference. I purchased a new limited Town and Country in August 2015 from Subburban in Troy MI. The vehicle had an engine chirp only a few weeks after I brought it home. After a few visits to the dealership it was still not going away. The service team replaced every part they could think of. I of course still wanted it corrected so I spoke with Jim who is the director of service. He took my information and really went to work for me. Long story short, I didn't need to contact Chrysler corp. directly at all myself. Jim called me and let me know there was a similar issue with another vehicle and that they would need to replace the entire engine to repair it. I of course did not want that. He gave me a second option and that was getting a new vehicle. I was amazed at how they backed their product and not only Chrysler directly taking care of me but also the dealership to help the way they did to make it happen for me. The typical stories you hear in this situation are horrific so I was very pleased. My sales guy was Jerry L., he is the real deal. My wife and I shopped around for vehicles for awhile and when we met Jerry we definitely hit it off. He was down to earth, not puchy, gave you personal attention and definitely cared about what we wanted and how he could help. I can't say enough about this location and the people I dealt with directly. I did have a terrible, stressful situation but I understand things happen and its not the dealerships fault I got a broken vehicle. If you need a new car go see Jerry L.
