Best Dealership Great Staff I went in on a Monday to get some rates on possibly trading my car in for a new lease. They appraised for more than the other dealership I went to and Tim told me he could get me into the car I wanted (the Chrysler 200) and within the payment I wanted. I picked my car up this Monday, it was the color I wanted and had more features than I actually wanted and wasn't over my price range. Tim was great! Very friendly, he went above and beyond, listened to what I wanted and didn't try to put me in to something else or add things that I couldn't afford. I really appreciate all your help Tim!! If you have any sense, do not go here for service. My car was in the freak august flood. I was told that it was going to take awhile to get fixed since there were so many cars brought in that week. No My car was in the freak august flood. I was told that it was going to take awhile to get fixed since there were so many cars brought in that week. No problem, it just needed a new engine. However, I could never get in touch with Jim who was managing the flood vehicles. Never returned my calls or voicemails and the 3 times I left work early to go in, he wasn't there. His office had work orders all over the place and it appeared that he was keeping track of all the vehicles on a single word document...when I did finally speak to him in person he flat out lied to me about needing special tools to do the work. He also told me one week that all the parts were in and it was being worked on that week, 2 weeks later he says there are 15 cars in front of mine. I understood that it was going to take longer than usual, but I do not appreciate being lied to and taken as a fool. Everyone else there was polite and friendly but I will not have any service done there again. More

Sales rep was not friendly, did not seem to care about our questions or interest or why we even visited dealership. He just wanted to give us the vehicle price and go on to the next customer. After the initial pricing review at his desk, the sales rep made clear his manager did not want to "haggle" and he was not going to lower the price. After we made a fair offer the sales rep came back with same offer and refused to make a deal....told us he will sell the car to someone else tomorrow anyway at full price so its not worth talking much further about. As a car sales rep on the other side of state I was shocked at suburban's lack of salesmanship, sales process and lack of customer service. To those reading this, I highly advise you before visiting this dealership. More

Quick, no BSing and very nice! I went into this dealer on the way to another dealer just to see what they had available. I had already spoken to another sales person at that other dealer. Jacki saw me looking clueless, came over and asked if I needed anything. I said, "I need a salesperson" and she said "here I am". lol We sat down at her desk, chatted for a few, worked out pricing in like 15 minutes and went for a test drive while they appraised my trade-in. Came back to her desk, had a pumpkin spice smoothie (omg soooo good) and finished up paperwork. In less than two hours I was in with my old truck and out with my new car! Best experience ever at a car dealership. She didn't try to xx me with options or try to sell me something I didn't want (I came in knowing what I wanted), and worked to get me into the price range that I was looking to be in. Very straight forward and really cool. :-) More
