After 12 phone calls and two visits to the office no one will call me back or talk to me for 5 weeks? Why will no one call me back or respond to the numerous messages I have left on voice mails? I am simp will call me back or talk to me for 5 weeks? Why will no one call me back or respond to the numerous messages I have left on voice mails? I am simply trying to find out what happened to the residual of my canceled warranty that I canceled weeks ago. It appears that it did not reach the company for two more weeks (per the warranty co). No one at the dealership will return my calls (extremely rude and unprofessional) or talk to me. I just purchased another, of many, cars from Suburban but I and my associates are sure it will be the last of such purchased by ourselves and our family. I am really disgusted and about to become irate. Surely it can't be that much money that we are talking about. I hope someone will actually read this and help me. Theodore M. My overall rating & experience was excellent. Recently I had to have my 2008 Jeep Commander in for service on the Powertrain. I called and spoke with Dean on June 17th who told me to bring it in Recently I had to have my 2008 Jeep Commander in for service on the Powertrain. I called and spoke with Dean on June 17th who told me to bring it in and he also informed that I did have a lifetime powertrain warranty and was due for my 5 year inspection. As it turned out the problem was related to the powertrain which was covered. Dean also suggested other maintenance that should be done, which was very helpful. The next day I received a call from Dean indicating the problem and an estimated time that my vehicle would be ready. Well as it turns out there was a mix up in the parts which was the fault of the manufacturer that resulted in aonther part having to be ordered and my vehicle wouldn't be ready until early the next week. Not to worry as I was in a rental vehicle and the best part of the experience was that my rental was paid for the entire time (9 days) which was a huge burden lifted from me. I will continue to highly recommend Suburban CJD to anyone for service or sales. I find this dealership to be on of the best. Thanks to Dean the team at Suburban CJD I'm back on the road. More

In January I purchased a 2010 Town and Country from Joe, he got us a great deal on the van and was extremely helpful answering my questions and set us up with a great vehicle. This dealership was misleading on what was covered by the powertrain warranty, resulting in a $65 fee for diagnosis. The component that was quoted to repair the work was priced at $150 on the quote; to find powertrain warranty, resulting in a $65 fee for diagnosis. The component that was quoted to repair the work was priced at $150 on the quote; to find out I could buy it from the parts department for $25. They charged me for electrical wiring, when there was no electrical wiring done. It took a meeting with the service director to straighten out the situation, and even then there was no admittance to fault or poor service. This seems par for the course for this dealership. In the end I was refunded my money, but not the 8 hours of work that I missed for an issue most would consider a warranty issue. In the end I replaced the part myself right in the driveway of the dealership. If you can, do it yourself. If not, find another dealership.
