Noah from reputation management walked in at the same time and, seeing Moe was busy, jumped right in and helped us with test drives until we could meet with Moe. Moe and Bruce moved mountains to ensure that we could take our new Bronco Sport home the same night - staying well past close to shore up all the details. Pricing was fair and transparent and Suburban even offered us more for our trade-in than Carvana was offering (which is A LOT these days). Overall, just a top-notch experience. Definitely our new Ford dealer of choice! More
Timothy went above and beyond all expectations I could have ever had. My sons on the way home from school got a flat in front of the dealership. His act of kindness and generosity tell me all i need to know about what a great person he is. Saturday, February 26, 2022, with a destroyed tire on my truck, I called Ferndale Ford and left a hysterical message for the Service Manager, Mr. Andrew Perkins. It was 1:15 and the dealership was closing truck, I called Ferndale Ford and left a hysterical message for the Service Manager, Mr. Andrew Perkins. It was 1:15 and the dealership was closing at 2:00pm. Mr. Perkins, knew this and called me anyway to ask if there was ANYTHING he could do. He asked if I was safe. He asked if I was alright. He told me if I still needed help Monday, to please call him back. He gave me kindness and professionalism when I needed it most! More

If you have other dealership options, you’re better off using them. Going to Suburban Ford of Ferndale Used Car Department (SFF) to buy a used 2014 Escape seemed reasonable. Little did I know I was wa using them. Going to Suburban Ford of Ferndale Used Car Department (SFF) to buy a used 2014 Escape seemed reasonable. Little did I know I was walking into a disaster. My goal was to purchase a used car for my son so he could have reliable transportation to and from college. Upon purchasing the car, I was told that the car went through the necessary inspections and was good to go. My son filled up the gas tank before leaving for school to find the tank was leaking when arriving to campus. We called the dealership asking to return the car. Instead, the dealership came, towed the car, and fixed the problem after apologizing profusely and “re-inspecting” the car. They gave us assurances that we would have no more issues, and basically bullied us into keeping the car. Fast forward to about 90 days later. We took the car to the dealership because it was making noise. They told us that it would be a couple of days for repairs to which they ended up having the car for 2 weeks! SFF would have kept the car for a month (maybe even longer) if I didn’t call daily for updates. That repair costed me over $2,000! When we picked up the car it was still making the same exact noise as when we dropped it off after the “repair.” SFF relooked at the car and said there was in fact now another problem that they missed and that it would be an additional cost and time to fix. At that point, we took the keys and left. SFF employees lied and made the wrong repair that costed me over $2,000. On top of that, they refused to be accountable for anything that has happened. If you want poor customer service, expensive repairs, unknowledgeable techs, and disrespect, this is the place for you! Otherwise, you are better off looking elsewhere and giving your money to another dealership that actually cares about you and their cars. I recommend walking away now. More
Nick was amazing! I got everything I could want and feel like I have a new friend. He treated me with utmost respect. He helped me to file for a rebate with Ford for a handicapper lift. He has continually followed up and got extra info when needed. I do not know if Suburban Ford or Ford are dragging their feet, but is over a year and I have not gotten anything. I wish I knew who to blame. It is the only reason I marked Suburban down by one star. Other than that, everyone seems to have it just right. Like a well oiled machine. They work well together, for their customers. Nick has made feel as if I have a new friend for life! You can tell when people like each other, their jobs, and helping their customers. Can't get better than that, but I sure could use that rebate! More

They continue to repeadiately hound me through email and 3rd party after I asked them to leave me alone. I've dealt with Suburban Sterling Heights in the past and got ripped, gave Suburban another chance and they lost again. Will never patronize Suburban in this lifetime again. More
