I have a concerned regarding my car which I purchased used in June, 2020 it’s now September, 2020, I kept hearing this roaring noise, I found out all 4 tires were wored out. I had to paid Belle Tire $637 used in June, 2020 it’s now September, 2020, I kept hearing this roaring noise, I found out all 4 tires were wored out. I had to paid Belle Tire $637 to replace these tires. My question is when I purchased my 2017 Ford Escape was it my responsibility to check or check I get some type of assistance More

For salesman Chris Marhofer, and sales manager Pat Klein... Both were perfect gentlemen. Courteous, respectful. Chris kept in online contact, was prompt. Pat sent a nice follow up email note, offering to do whatever it takes to help with a purchase. The store: A safely clean environment. The used vehicle was cleaned and sanitized for the look over and test drive. Chris spent much time answering questions about the vehicle, And financing options, key to this customer’s budget. These things are what’s expected, so it would seem normal to say. But, given how so many sellers don’t see a customer as a person, rather as a wallet with feet, and too many who are intentionally not transparent, the long history of used car guys everywhere, these fellows are the good examples worth mentioning. But... a really big but, is that the Suburban Collection, its vast spread of owned dealerships and the brands each sells, in their used departments, at least, any brand under its umbrella, Surburban has a notorious history of overpricing its used vehicles. Not an assumption or guess, rather it’s proven from online researching, and visits to several of its brand stores. And from that, dozens upon dozens of comparisons from other dealers, NOT Suburban- owned brand stores, are made, proving this. Way out of line pricing. They are essentially controlling prices. Which is monopolistic. And all the little guys, the independents, they could tend to follow suit in their over-pricing. That Surburban uses NADA, and Kelly Blue Book, it means little, because those entities are tied at the hip to dealers everywhere. They are not independent OF dealers everywhere. So, the intent to offer whatever it would take to help with a purchase, while it sounded good, it couldn’t happen, because the price was wildly out of line to the vehicle’s mileage, to begin with. But, that’s how any Suburban-owned dealership operates. Extensive research and current comps showed just how far out of line the dealer’s price is. And more comps keep appearing. And they are indeed from the same metro area. Some are outstate, but are often fairly included for price comparing: It’s the ‘market’ price, according to the cost of living in any area. Chris and Pat, nice fellows, decent people for sure. But it’s the company. The last survey question asks if the dealer would be recommended: For used? Not likely. For new? That’s a horse of a different color. More
Yesterday was my first time having my car servived at this dealer and it won't be my last.thanks to Andrew. Once my car's diagnosent was complete .ir was determined that a new engine was needed. I am so happy with the service department . Especially Mike the service manager and Andre the service advisor assigned to me. My air conditioning went down last week the hotest week this year. 90 degree Mike the service manager and Andre the service advisor assigned to me.
