However in the process of looking at the F150, I came across a used Sierra. Two days of hard work on the dealers part and I was taking delivery of my 2012 GMC Sierra! Kevin Maples was courteous as well. He kept in contact with me along with Tye about the approval process. Overall great experience. More

Down 37,000 still no truck. Bought a truck from Suburban of Ferndale and it has been a nightmare. Day one it broke down after about 8hours of use. Had to have it towed. I got it Bought a truck from Suburban of Ferndale and it has been a nightmare. Day one it broke down after about 8hours of use. Had to have it towed. I got it back that same day and it broke down again by 10:00am the next morning. It’s now almost a week since the purchase. And my business has been shut down for the most part since. The only option they have given me so far is to buy a different 39,000 truck.... which I can’t afford to make the payments on..... I am disgusted with this situation. My wife was in tears in the showroom and with 50 some dealerships they can’t find an adequate solution. I am broke now. I haven’t been able to work all week. My business account has less than 600.00 in it. And my guys aren’t getting their check this week. Because I trusted Suburban of Ferndale. 27,000 truck plus 10,000 in losses and still don’t have a truck. They simply refuse to make this right. Protecting their bottom line. More
